About Gannet Place
Look no further for an upgraded, downtown apartment featuring refrigerator, range, in-suite storage, on-site laundry and energized surface parking. Upgraded suites feature new vinyl plank flooring and fresh paint. Some suites also include new kitchen cabinets and countertops. Furnished units are available for an additional $100 per month. Heat and water are included in the rent. Gannet Place is a low-rise apartment building which is located on the east side of Franklin Avenue in the heart of downtown Fort McMurray, also known as the Lower Townsite. Shopping, restaurants and the Peter Pond Mall are conveniently accessible from Gannet Place. Small pets allowed for a non-refundable pet fee. Leasing office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and after hours by appointment. Professionally managed by Shelter Canadian Properties Limited.
