Parkview Manor 1 is a welcoming, family-friendly 4-storey building with 80 suites, offering one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom / one bathroom homes. These homes offer large private balconies or patios, and some units feature views of the surrounding trees. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Flooring options include carpet and laminate. These apartments offer in-suite storage. A laundry room is located on every floor. Renovated suites are available. These select upgraded homes offer new cabinetry, appliances, flooring, and kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Furnished suites are available – please inquire for more details. This neighbourhood is convenient, centrally located and easily accessible. Parkview Manor 1 is family friendly, student friendly, and seniors friendly. Parkview Manor 1 is located within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and schools including Dr. Clark Elementary School and Fort McMurray Composite High School. A transit stop is located on site. Parkview Manor 1 offers designated, electrified parking stall in a paved parking lot. Parking is included, and guest parking and additional vehicle parking is available. Additional building amenities include an elevator. This building is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two dogs or cats per suite. A pet deposit/fee applies - please inquire with the leasing team. Smoking is not permitted. Resident insurance and 24-hour emergency maintenance included!
