The bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed and complete bedroom set with ease which leaves you with plenty of options when furnishing the space. There is a $30.00 water usage fee due in addition to rent each month. Tenant is also responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet in addition to rent. Sorry, no pets allowed.
