Yes this is a real 5 star review. I've been in Stockton all my life and these apartments has always been near and dear to my heart. My very first apartment was Ashley Park back in 2019 and I'm back for round two here in 2024. Even then I always received help when I reached out. These days there's a manager by the name of Holli who helps with things I didn't even know she can help with. I never have any issues with the neighbors and the security guard being on site makes my stay here pretty comfortable. I don't have anything bad to say or complain about.
