Good experience so far! The management/maintenance team has been extremely friendly and prompt. My studio apartment has been super super quiet and I love it. It makes for a good WFH setup.
From the moment I walked into 29Bryant Apartments, I knew this place would be my next home! It’s a peaceful, friendly building that’s well maintained. Plus, the management is super friendly & always willing to help.

I love my apartment! The floorplan is functional, everything is updated, and the closet is huge. The studio unit seemed small, but I just had too much crap I don't need (you probably do too). I do not have a W/D in the unit and thought that would break me. Nope! There are several W/D to use for free on the 6th floor. I use a service that will pick up, wash, and deliver my laundry if I’m lazy.
How's management? Jack and Samantha are leasing rockstars. I honestly don’t know how they can be so helpful, genuine, and on it all the time. I must have texted, called, and emailed 25 times with questions like how large the closets and storage units are. How did they respond? Fast. They even went up with a tape measure to get me the exact measurements. The specials are awesome, but I am bad at math. How many times did Jack go over and write out the options for each unit I was interested in? Six. True story.
Oh, there’s more. I toured here and loved it, but I couldn’t decide which unit I wanted and didn’t need to move for another month, so I didn’t sign a lease. Well, poor maintenance and management of the previous building I paid $400 more a month for didn’t respond to a water emergency, and my apt needed to be gutted within the week. I was a mess, Jack and Samantha kicked into action, showed me several units available right then, walked me through the leasing steps, and turned a lease around so fast I swear it was wizardry.
THEN, because of my rushed situation, I needed to start moving asap, didn’t have help, and was a hot mess, Samantha came up to my apartment to check to see if I was okay. I did not expect that. Take a tour to at least meet these people! Also, the other tenants are so kind and a pleasure to run into when sipping the free coffee in the lobby.
Is there a pool? No. I don’t swim, so I don’t want to pay for that amenity. You do you. I use all the amenities here and am glad because they are perfect (with beautiful views!), and it sucks paying for those I never use. The gym is small, but it’s got it all. Could the hallway carpets use a refresh? Sure. But winter is coming, and the carpet does its job.
How’s maintenance? The ticket system is a breeze, and the minor oopsie on my part was repaired within 24-48 hours. I have full confidence that an emergency will be addressed asap.

Love living here! Super easy walk to Cub, Target, CVS, Walgreens, a clinic, delicious Italian food and ramen, and bars! The apartments are new and beautiful and is fun to show off to friends. I loved using the herb garden when the weather was good and checking out the skyline in the rooftop lounge. Jimmy is always available in the office when I have questions and helped when I was trying to get the electric charging in the heated garage to work. Highly recommend!

I've been ecstatic living here. My unit is perfect for me.
All the spaces are state of the art and very useful. Also, the software to submit payments and request maintenance is user-friendly, which you always worry about when moving into a new building.
Top-notch all the way around.

My daughter just moved from amazing UCLA to welcoming and amazing MN University.
Andrea and Sarah at 29Bryant Apts made her experience very pleasant, they guided us thru the leasing process, they both are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I’ve been here since October of 2023 & i absolutely love it. It’s quite & peaceful. People are very friendly. Super close to cool bars & awesome food places. Management is also very nice.

I really enjoyed living here. Before I moved in, I saw a 1 bedroom in our price range when we signed for a studio, and Anthony was quick to switch our lease around and even let us move in early. A couple months in, we adopted a dog, and management was quick to make the process smooth. Jimmy & Phil were very accommodating when my car got stolen off Bryant Ave S (beware of theft in the area unfortunately) and helped reduce my garage spot costs while I had no vehicle. Having a dog here was great due to the easy access to the greenway. We enjoyed our second floor patio (only complaint is our unit got barely any sunlight which was rough in the winter and the walls are thin). Can't compete with the rooftop skyline views. I miss that view!
