Is it true that they Add 200.00 Monthly?? Do you guys race the rent every month and how much do you Raise your rent every month $200? Because if it's true it's almost like paying for a house it's supposed to be a nice clean environment and I heard it's not that clean wish I will go to observe again and it cannot be raised that high because it's supposed to be a nice affordable rent not like if you were paying a house
