I absolutely love living here! Been here since last September 2020 and never had anything that needed fixing, although I did drop my engagement ring down the drain and it only took a few hours after putting in a maintenance request for someone to come get it out! I'm on the 3rd floor (top floor) and I NEVER have heard my neighbors while in my apartment. Walls are thick! The appliances are new and the balcony views are so nice. The kitchen storage is extremely expansive...so many cupboards. Connie, the property manager, is very responsive. Only complaint is that the gym for the properties doesn't have much- it could benefit from at least one more elliptical (only has one in there, along with two treadmills and two bikes, that's it for cardio).

What a great place to live! I get so many compliments when I have friends over about how nice and spacious my apartment is. The neighbors are friendly and the staff takes pride in what they do here.There are lots of amenities but the pool and roof top deck are my favorite areas to use. It is near to the Pheasant Branch Conservancy with 10 miles of hiking and biking trails. Close to all that Madison has to offer, I love calling this place my home!
