Vicina is top notch; from the nice, clean and new apartments all the way to the location…you really can’t find better that offers as much as these do while being in the heart of downtown. Management is extremely friendly and personable. Julia took me on a tour of the place and really sold me on wanting to move here. Mikaela made moving in a breeze, and was very accommodating towards my move-in requests. Maintenance has also been very quick and responsive. Every issue I’ve had they’ve gotten back to me and fixed the problem within 24 hours of submitting the request.

I’ve only been here for a couple months now and I can say for sure that this place has really won me over. The management team, especially Mikaela and Julia have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They are extremely friendly and made the entire process of searching, signing the lease, and moving in a breeze. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Troy, surrounded by fantastic stores and restaurants. Cleanliness is top-notch here. The entire complex is immaculate, thanks to the dedicated maintenance team who have promptly attended to any issues or requests I put in. Their responsiveness and professionalism are impressive. The amenities are worth every penny. From the well-equipped fitness center, the onsite EV charger, to the inviting community spaces, everything is designed with residents' comfort and convenience in mind. The location, cleanliness, management, maintenance, and exceptional amenities make it an ideal place to call home. 🙏
