Overall I will give the property 9.5/10. I’m shock at the past reviews. I am a resident of 2 years and my experience at Axiom Hub has been great. The community is pretty quiet and peaceful. I will share that my apartment is located on the 4th floor and I believe that I key. I have appreciated not having to deal with loud noisy neighbors or guests walking through the halls. I love that the community is gated and only key fob accessed. As a female I feel safe walking my dog at 11pm without having to look over my shoulder. The maintenance guys do a great job keeping the grounds clean and being very responsive as my maintenance requests have been resolved within a day or two. They are also friendly and always seems to be working hard. At times there is dog poop around the property but I don’t totally blame the property. I think it’s more so the residents responsibility to clean after pets. Also in the past a complained about the halls being dirty (more so the concrete) but they were cleaned. I enjoy the office space and lounge area as well as the gym. They’re all kept clean and readily accessible. I also love that the complex host events throughout the year (the turnout is never huge but I still appreciate it). Parking is never a problem for my boyfriend and I. I love that neighborhood is growing with different restaurants, bars, and etc. It’s always great to be able to go grab dinner within walking distance. I also enjoy walking the trail and sitting at the pond near by. The only con I would mention is the leasing office staff/management. The staff could be more inviting and interactive being that the community is small. Again overall I don’t have any regrets and consider the complex luxury and homey. I shopped around before renewing my lease and no other property persuaded me to move. Also to mention at my move in the unit was spotless cleaned (almost like we were the first residents to move in).

New management is wonderful! I've lived here for a couple of years and seen some changes but new management this past month has been really nice and helpful. Jamal is still here but everyone else is new. The new manager, Holly is really friendly. I find it to be a huge improvement from the past staff. Overall service is better IMO. The property is overall pretty quiet and it's a smaller community compared to others in the area, and maintenance has never been an issue in my apartment. Location is great. I see a housekeeper every day cleaning the facilities, and the dog parks are kept up much better. Overall, living here is a good experience and plan on renewing my lease for a third year.
