One of the friendliest staff I have encountered. Maria and Janessa customer service is outstanding 👌 Starting Janessa tour of the property and apartment was nice. They were super efficient in getting my aproval done before I had to leave my previous rental. They went above and beyond to help me with my needs even getting me the numbers I needed to turn on my utilities. I always give respect to the people I do business with and it's refreshing getting the respect back.

Well maintained building. I love the amenities and the distance to San Bernardino college. The manager is friendly and so are the neighbors. I moved here two years ago with my wife and we are definitely here to stay! Thank you park heights for being the best apartment building
