I had a tour of this property led by Jada and it was nothing short of amazing. 1. Once I entered the office, I was identified by name( guess she recalled my appointment time). Not only that she had a site map/pricing ready and waiting for me! Loved it. 2. She volunteered information readily about the property and its facilities/ amenities. So I didn’t have to dig for info. She seemed quite knowledgeable and was really pleasant. 3. The property seems to be well maintained, clean and conveniently located to nearby essential spots. Had things worked out, I definitely would have loved to make The Mark my new home. Jada's amazing hospitality and customer service sealed the deal.
