This property has a secured front door for resident access only, on-site laundry facilities and a shared roof-top deck for residents. Owner covers water, sewer, garbage, gas. All other utilities are tenant responsibility. No smoking/vaping allowed in the building or on the property. Vaping/Smoking is not allowed on the property. 6 month lease required.
