This community has been very nice to live in. The leasing office is responsive and the upkeep of the properly is excellent. I enjoy the planned events at the pool or clubhouse. Would be nice to have TVs in the workout room.

I’ve lived at Park at Bayside for 6 months now and I have had an amazing experience! From the time of application to move in, the process was seamless! Both the apartments and the amenities are beautiful, and I’ve never seen the leasing staff care so much about a property, as I see they do here! Yesterday, I was out walking my dog and noticed Nick was in the pool area dusting down cobwebs, cleaning the outdoor furniture, and ensuring everything was set back to its high standards after a storm came through. They want us to love where we live, be proud of our surroundings, and work to provide us with the best experience that they can. I know anytime I have an issue or a question, Nick is jumping in to help solve it as soon as possible! He is always staying on top of everything. They also put on great catering events for the residents! I’ve moved around a lot and have had such a positive experience so far!
