My Dad lived here and it started out really nice. There was a management office staffed 5 days a week with some community activities for residents to participate in. 3 years later a new management company has taken it over and it is not good. Abandoned car on the lot with blown out windows sat much of last winter. Mouse infestation going on 2 years. Exercise room had broken equipment that was blamed on COVID, but never repaired afterward. Management was not enforcing code requirements with regard to who was occupying the units (occupants under 55). The maintenance crew is really the only reason I give it one star. They continued to try their best. Look elsewhere.
