Love my apartment. Close to everything you can possibly need. Vestavia School System . Great neighborhood, very nice , quiet and affordable. Would recommend to anyone looking to move . Best feature, water/sewer included.

I just signed my second year lease. Very happy here. The manager is always on top of my requests when issues arise, Robert is awesome. It is a great location. Quiet complex, it almost feels secluded because of the trees. I feel pretty safe here. I did read another review about someone washing their dog bedding in the washer, this is still true. The dog hair probably clogs the drains for other stuff to go down as well. Ew. Fortunately I have the luxury of taking them to my parents, others might not have that. But some of that responsibility falls in the hands of the tenants not being respectful of common areas. All in all, thumbs up.
