These are bio hazard apartments! They are full of mold & mildew! I was sick the entire year. I lived a Willow Creek Apartments. The problem is they do these upgrades! That's is a facade! All the marble counter tops & black appliances means nothing. When your sick all the time! And your personal property is damaged from mold & mildew. I showed the management my mold problems! I also asked for maintenance repair. Guess What! Nothing was address! And they had the nerve to ask from more money!!!! For What! To Die From Mold! Worst Apartments In Clarkston!

Worst rental property ever! They charge you 200 bucks on late fees that aren’t in the lease and then completely ignore what the judges say! This place should honestly be shut down! Fox 5 11 alive and all other new stations will be informed of this! Slumlord! NO ONE RENT FROM THEM EVER! Lawyer time! Let’s shut this place down or get rid of the slumlord that charges whatever he pleases!
