Reserve the community room to entertain guests, and take care of your laundry in our laundry rooms or add a washer and dryer in your apartment with our in-unit laundry hook-ups.

Lived here for 3 years in a 1 bd/br at about $885/mo. Opted for garage parking because SD has some brutal winters and having the heated garage means I don't have to wait to get going. Never had an issue with someone in my parking slot. Both the building and garage require card access, so I felt pretty safe. I've definitely had some neighbors who accidentally locked themselves out and had to ring my apt so I could buzz them in! If you live here, make sure you have you keep track of your card at all times! The kitchen appliances were very nice. The stove is a flat top, so it's easy to clean and the dishwasher always got my dishes pretty clean without me needing to pre-heat the water beforehand. The water takes a little time to heat, but I've never had an issue with losing heat. I can be a bit messy but never encountered an issue with pests. If you report a problem, maintenance usually comes in a couple of days to take care of things. Sometimes upstairs neighbors can be loud, but the noise was never intolerable to me. The unit I got was clean. When it was time to move, I put some effort into cleaning and was rewarded with my deposit back with minimal fuss. Management changed 1 time. Switch was a little confusing as it looked like I had been charged double rent but eventually found that I was refunded. They'll send out texts every once in a while to alert you if something is getting renovated or if something is down. Elevator was always operational. The most annoying thing about living here was there was no convenient way to enter the sides of the building from the south (which is where the parking garage is). All in all, a pleasant stay.
