Everything is fine here 💯💯 except there’s a lot of homeless people roaming around our front door bothering knocking on our door & try to open it! They wanted to come in like they own the apartment. Please have them removed from here please because we have our grandkids coming to visit us sometimes and we don’t wanted them to scared them. But, we really grateful and appreciate the west edge apartment for their service. Everything is perfect and we love staying here forever.
All I can say is West Edge apartments has the most wonderful manager her name is Marina. She helped me through a very hard time and I am very pleased to say that, I was blessed to have her help. She took very good care of me, she was very compassionate and an empathetic with me. She is a true genuine human being with a good heart. We need more people like this woman in the world. Thank you Marina!!!🙏❤️

I just moved in I’m 4 days in and I’m loving it I come from Los Angeles so this is honestly a big upgrade every one in the complex is very friendly there isn’t any rift raft or anything the community is lovely the staff is awesome very kind and soft spoken they know how to make you feel at home the complex is very well kept and clean they have almost every thing you need here so u don’t find your self leaving a lot unless to go to work, shop etc. upon moving in there are a few things in the apartment that could have been done just a little better but like I mentioned I’m from the slums of La I can’t complain at all I think this is going to be my home for a very long time thank you westedge ❤️❤️❤️

Speaking with the property manager - or any manager - is quite a daunting task. But our manager is frank and straightforward - but not mean.
Kassi, the property manager at West Edge Apts, has a big heart. Her heart recognizes the good and tries to mend the bad.
She is perceptive, compassionate, smart and capable.
Kassi's excellent leadership, together with her excellent well-trained staff, make my husband and me, happy and content 10-year tenants!

Wendy says she loves her tenants. And it shows when she greets them. She is always happy to see you. Even when she's busy, she will listen patiently, never send you away. Wendy is always very courteous and helpful.
It's no surprise that Wendy chose Candice to work with her. Candice has very good phone etiquette, courteous and helpful. Even when I ask for Wendy regarding something we were working on, Candice made sure that Wendy was informed and ensured that the concerns were promptly addressed.
Wendy and Candice never make you feel like a distraction or a nuisance when you have a problem. They always do as they say and fulfill their promises.
Wendy, Candice and their crew make a good team. I have lived here contentedly for 8 years and intend to stay.

The West Edge Apts team has been a very important part of our tenancy here for nine years.
I've had the opportunity to be in contact with probably all of them - Kassie, Candice, Jessica, Marta, Ana, Felicia and even Amber who was just training from another office.
They always make me feel that they have time to listen to what I have to say and are there to make our stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
For example, after Candice heard my maintenance request, she sent Jesus to our apartment in minutes - on a Sunday - to check and resolve the problem, quickly and efficiently.
From our experience, the West Edge team members are well-coordinated in making sure that the tenants are taken care of, taking the time to listen patiently and courteously, to work with us, on whatever concerns we may have.

Re: my recent maintenance request.
Kassi's team delivered excellence as usual!
First, Elena courteously and patiently took the request, with my usual questions and concerns.
Kassi, the manager, , assigned this to her maintenance supervisor Eduardo, who promptly forwarded it to Pedro, who came to check the situation and immediately returned with the replacement necessary.
Pedro explained what he was going to do to remedy the situation and that he would be right back to fix it. He was clear and courteous in explaining why the fluorescent had to be replaced. Pedro cleaned up and took all the debris etc resulting from the job.
I was happy to note that it was being replaced with a modern LED lamp which is bright and will save energy.
Thank you for !your efforts to conserve energy, not to mention the high cost of electricity

It kept buffering and I kept going back to the first page, but I know I pressed the 5th star each time - not hard because it was at the far right, at the end of the line!

Maintenance came & replaced broken off panels, on my blinds, very quickly after placing the request.
