The apartment complexes are beautiful with amazing amenities - I am especially grateful for the shuttle in the morning & evening since I commute to work. I also feel extremely lucky to have a great staff that works here! LaShane is wonderful, and there is another woman who always brightens up my day but I can’t recall her name - Always willing to help with whatever you need from questions about transportation to recommendations etc. Simply very kind individuals!!
I’ve been living here since September and have had an amazing experience so far. LaShane and the whole team is so great! Super helpful, considerate and reliable. I love the space and the amenities. I know I can always rely on the team here which is something I didn’t get at my old building.

To spite the negative reviews here, I’ve lived in this building for almost 4 years, 2nd apartment. Let me start with the fact that both the leasing agents and all of the concierges are incredibly nice and helpful. Any issues I’ve had (AC or clogging etc) maintenance would come and fix same day. As for any noise complaints or shuttle traffic issues, welcome to living in a city, get used to it. And the security deposit is the lowest I’ve paid for an apartment in my life (literally $1000 with no realtor fee) so people complaining about that, maybe work on your credit score instead. Never got charged for keys, passes, or anything when moving out of my last apartment here because I didn’t lose them and I think they took like $40 out of my security deposit because of sewage issues in the shower (which I can admit was likely my fault). I like it here, they built a good community with a great staff, sometimes things don’t work in the common spaces, but that’s not a big deal in the slightest.

I’ve enjoyed living at the enclave for over a year now. The concierge staff is very kind and helpful. Whether it’s Lashane, Brittney, or Jamilla, it’s always nice getting home or heading out with a hello and have a good one. Maintenance crew is great too they just through a new door on my fridge. Same day. No questions asked.
Just moved in about a month ago from California, but love it here! Sometimes, I can’t believe how lovely it is. They really went all out with the amenities—there’s a pool, virtual golf, bowling, cozy meeting pods, rooftop fire pits, and a gym! Seriously, what more could you ask for? Plus, there are delicious food trucks that pop by on certain days, which is such a treat!
It’s super convenient, too! Everything you need, like groceries, coffee shops, bars, and CrossFit, is just a short walk away. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always keep the place tidy and welcoming. And I also love the mailroom haha! I never have to worry about my packages getting lost or stolen.
Honestly, living here gives me pretty princess vibes —I hardly have to lift a finger! The maintenance came asap when our laundry machine broke. And yeahhh laundry machine in unit! 😍 It’s been a while since I’ve lived in an apartment complex, so I might just be extra grateful for all these little luxuries but Enclave gets my vote. ❤️
I just renewed my lease for the 2nd time and couldn't be happier. Love the community and have made lifetime friends here. The entire concierge team and Taylor from leasing is amazing and always helpful.

Love the building as a resident of 3+ years. Concierge is amazing, LaShane is the best. He is so attentive and always such a friendly face to see when arriving home!

The Enclave is a great place to live. The rooftop and pool are so nice in the summer, there's several community spaces to hangout, and the shuttle makes it convenient for commuters. Our leasing agent, Meghan, made our whole move-in experience a positive one from start to finish. She was so friendly on our tour, helpful answering all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth move-in. Meghan went above and beyond to help us every step of the way!
