I've lived in many different apartment complexes throughout the United States. Of them all, the Verandas Apartments (located in Springfield, MO) is easily #1 on my list. Why? 1) For the price point, my (default) apartment amenities are top notch and MODERN. Additional (and very practical) amenities (such as individual trash collection, apartment cleaning, laundry, and even dog-walking) are available upon request. 2) The apartment office staff deserves kudos for their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall courtesy. 3) The apartment maintenance crew deserves kudos, too. Their response times, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and friendliness all add to the overall experience of living here. 4) Regarding the experience... Though this complex allows dogs, I haven't seen ANY dog waste anywhere on the property. This speaks to the caliber of the people who live here. 5) I'm disabled and use a walker. While my mobility issues made me initially VERY hesitant to accept a 3rd floor apt, this complex has ELEVATORS that have completely erased my (lack of) mobility concerns. NOTE: Most of us have experience with slow and often broken elevators. Know THESE elevators are TOP NOTCH, modern, clean, and FAST. I AM VERY HAPPY TO LIVE HERE, and bet YOU will be, too! I'm a very critical person who has LOFTY standards & expectations. Unfortunately, people who share my type of expectations are let down or disappointed OFTEN. That said, the Verandas Apartments have MET and even EXCEEDED many of my beliefs about how OUTSTANDING apartment complexes should be run.

Verandas is a great place to live! The apartments are newer, well maintained, and the manager Josh is very responsive to any issues or questions! Big dog park and convenient location are another plus! 10/10
