Very nice place to stay. Really nice staff and so friendly and helpful. Because I am not good with all this nee way to do things, the ladies in the office, especially Jennifer, helped me with my lease agreement, setting up my electric account, my rental insurance and my Smart TV set up. The ladies all worked with me to get internet into my apartment. I go to them for everything and they are always willing to do whatever they can to help. The Freemont Villas are quiet and a great place to stay for the price. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. I love living here and I feel safe. The apartments are gated.

I had a great experience living here. Letty and the rest of the office staff were always nothing but helpful, friendly and welcoming. The couple times I needed maintenance, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The grounds are kept clean, it’s quiet, my neighbors and everyone I ever ran into here were always so nice and friendly too! It’s a really great community. The units are cute, they are clean, comfortable, I never had any issues in my time here. It was a very pleasant renting experience, which was a breath of fresh air from previous experiences I’ve had.
