I have been living at College pointe for more than a year. It is very affordable and the best part of it is that the management is very helpful. The response from the maintenance team is also very quick. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, from families to students.

I have lived at College Pointe for 3 years. I don't feel that any bad experiences happened here that weren't rectified. The buildings are a bit old, but anytime I had a problem, the maintenance staff was there either that day or the next to fix what he could and order parts if necessary. As far as bugs go, I didn't have a problem because I cleaned up after myself in my apartment. The only reason I left is because I moved into a house with my wife. The current manager, Gen, is a great person to work with. When I moved out, my entire deposit was returned to me. This apartment is a great place to stay for a student at Tech. It takes about 10 minutes to arrive to class on a bike, or just a few minutes driving. I feel that if you pay your rent on time and clean up after your mess, this apartment complex is a great place to stay.
