This single level rancher style home is part of the Canfield Estates community. The 15th Street entrance into this community takes you to your designated private parking space and your designated one-car garage. From your parking space, the home is a short walk across a decorative courtyard shared by two other homes. Upon initial entry into the home, you step into a foyer with immediate access to all parts of the home. There is a storage closet immediately on your left, and another to your right. Either closet can serve as a coat closet. The entrances into the kitchen or into the living room are immediately adjacent. The large kitchen comes complete with a standard size refrigerator, an electric range and oven, a dishwasher, a dual basin stainless steel sink, laminate countertops, and rows of drawers and cupboards above and below the counters. Immediately following the kitchen is the dining room. this dining room has its own ceiling light and sits next to a sliding glass door. Next is an extra large living room with a large picture window looking out onto the home's back yard. A short hallway adjacent to the living room leads to the master bedroom, to the guest bedroom, and to the bathroom. Both bedrooms feature wide sliding double-door closets and large windows. The bathroom is a full bath with a tub and a shower, a large wall-mounted mirror, a sink vanity with cupboards, and a medicine cabinet. The laundry room is also immediately adjacent to the living room. Washer and dryer hookups are readily available for tenants to use. The sliding glass door in the dining room leads to a patio and a privately fenced back yard exclusive to your unit. The living room and both bedrooms are carpeted. Floors throughout the rest of the home are vinyl. Heat in the home is provided by electric baseboard heating units in every room. All windows come with venetian blinds pre-installed. Charges for water, sewer, garbage, and landscaping services are all included in your rent as a flat rate monthly fee.
