I have lived here for many years. There are many reasons why I continue to reside here. First is the price. Every year I did my due diligence and looked for a cheaper apartment. I never found a better place for the price! You can find apartments cheaper but the location is undesirable, the grounds are terrible and the office management is seriously lacking. Palm Island living is like living in a resort. I look out my patio door to a beautiful pool, palm trees erywhere, top of the line patio furniture, barbeques that are kept clean every day!! The grounds are manicured daily. The walkways are relaxing and perfect for dog walking or exercise. The maintenance is on top of anything you might need fixing. There are daily activities, party's, exercise classes and on and on. So much to do if you want. The pool is heated year round and is salt water. The jacuzzi is wonderful too! There is an elevator to all the floors as well. We are moving into the Grand Caymen later this month. They have vaulted ceilings on the third floor and beautiful green belts between the buildings. The management has been so helpful, especially Luis! He has made our transition to our new apartment so easy! He's great and we really appreciate all of your help! It is expensive to live in Orange County but rest assured, Palm Island is the best property for the money! Resort living every day!!
