Rent for this apartment is $1,149 per month, plus tenant pays $135/month as a water/sewer/electric/heat/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for any phone, cable or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer, heat, hot water, unit electricity and common electricity. We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,149 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required. Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents. One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (breed restrictions apply). Maximum 2 animals total. No additional pet deposit is required. We cannot accept animals under 1 year old. This is a smoke-free building, no smoking in any of the units, or within 30 feet of the building.
