Magical Oswego Lake Country Club area Home. - This is one of our favorite properties. It’s not big but it is perfect in every way, peaceful, quiet, tucked into the woods and located in a beautiful walking neighborhood. Surrounded by quintessential Lake Oswego homes from the 1930s and 1940s, this is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Lake Oswego. It is a one level classic home that has been renovated, keeping with its era. The large bay windows make you feel like you are living an indoor/outdoor experience. Walking into the home you will find a nicely sized living room with a window wall looking out to the mature landscaping. This room has a gas fireplace and another room attached to it just for watching television. Next is the dining area, also with a wall of glass doors, looking out to the spacious backyard and trees. The kitchen is next to the dining area and has granite countertops, an island with an eating bar and newer appliances including a gas range. Off the kitchen is a wonderful space that can be used as an office and a laundry area. This has a full length glass door that leads out to the back patio and a washer and dryer. The garage is off of this room and includes a separate office space that can be used as a large storage area as well. The bedroom area is down the hallway, this includes two nicely sized rooms that share a beautiful bathroom with an open shower and a soaking tub, the primary bedroom is at the end of the hallway, and looks out to the backyard. It has a walk-in closet and a nice bathroom with a shower. Please note Central A/C is currently being installed. This property has access to the Forest Hills easement, for a fee. There are waiting lists for boat slips and gear storage. This is a wonderful place to go swimming. The schools are Forest Hills Elementary and Lake Oswego Junior and Senior High Schools.
