The large carpeted bedroom in the rear has its own exterior door. This unit has central a/c, washer/dryer hookups, and a designated rear parking space. Water/sewer/trash is included with rent! Exterior Features: All brick building with off street parking, front and rear porch/balcony and partially fenced yard. Community: Located in the Dutchtown Neighborhood, this area is a short drive to Highway 55 as well as South Grand Shopping District. It is not far from Carondelet Park. Pet Policy: Sorry no pets. Additional Info: Lessee agrees to carry a Renters Insurance Policy or Limit of Liability Policy for the duration of the lease.
