With the usual water, sewer, trash included in rent, it's nice to have hot water also included. We are cat and dog friendly, with a large dog park on the grounds. This location is very convenient for South City, within strolling proximity to Target, grocery, Chik-fil-a and the new Chipotle, parks and libraries, coffee shops and bakeries, and easy to get to major highways. Coin-laundry in the bright and not creepy basement, along with additional storage space. Assigned garage parking options available but frankly street parking here is a cinch.
