All the amenities you would expect like central air and functional kitchen, plus newer windows, plenty of cabinet space and nice size closets. With the usual water, sewer, trash included in rent, it's nice to have hot water also included. We are cat and dog friendly, with a large dog park on the grounds. This location is very convenient for South City, within strolling proximity to Target, grocery, Chik-fil-a and the new Chipotle, parks and libraries, coffee shops and bakeries, and easy to get to major highways.
