My husband and I decided to apply to these apartments mainly because it’s a bit closer to our jobs AND because of all the positive reviews on google! Last time I applied to live in an apartment it was still where you would go in and provide all docs to the leasing agent and they would do everything for you ! The online application process seemed straightforward but being ME , I messed it up! I contacted Bella Madera and spoke to Janett which was AMAZING, patient and understanding! She held my hand and reassured me I was doing it right OR would let me know if I messed something up! FINALLY I was approved and have never been more excited to join a community! I’ve driven by the apartments when we were apartment hunting and the property itself is beautiful & quiet !

I just moved out after almost 5 years and I very much enjoyed my time here. I was concerned after reading some older reviews about being charged unfair amounts during the move out process. However, they were more than fair and the one small charge I received was reasonable and deserved. The community is quiet and they have events they put for the tenants which is a nice touch. The amenities are fantastic and clean. I never had any major maintenance issues but anytime there was a problem the maintenance crews were shockingly quick to resolve them. Lastly, the office led by Daymond Johnson were great and always very quick to send anything I requested and resolve any issues with statements. Highly recommend this facility and would certainly be open to returning.
