Great Management truly attentive, resolves issues quickly. All maintenance requests have seamless, speedily turn around. Clean property. Convenient location, near to Campbell, and Santa Row nearby, great shopping and easy access to transportation and freeways.

I've been living in these apartments for more than 4 years now. -- Management: The manager is very helpful and willing to listen to the problems that dwellers have. At the same time she can enforce the order so that apartments stay quiet and peaceful. She knows how to handle the balance between objective circumstances that tenants have and bad behavior. -- Payments: Rent payments may be made both by checks and online, there's a schedule feature that saves you from forgetting to write a check, very convenient. -- Maintenance: They have a business account in the AppFolio app that helps to schedule maintenance requests and the technicians are not putting it on the back burner. -- Amenities: The swimming pool is humble but is in a good shape and is in direct sunlight before 4 p.m. Water is clean and amount of chlorine is spot on. You can have your personal grill or use a public one. There's also a bicycle parking. -- Renovation: Units are being renovated regularly and presented to a customer in a pretty good condition. Recently the parking area was renovated with new asphalt and markup. Most units now have hard floors in the kitchen and living room which is an absolute plus. The bad thing is that community space is still occupied by the renovation supplies.
