I have lived here for 4 years and now that I have to leave my apartment I have no more words than to say thank you to the administration. These ladies in the office are super professional and nice. I never ever had a problem here. The maintenance team was always super courteous and on time when I needed their assistance. These apartment complex is one of the best, possibly not new apartment complex, but super comfortable, with good maintenance, and a quiet place to live. The rent is not bad, I guess average, but fair. This area is super safe and nice neighborhood. If I have to move again, I will definitely come back here. Thank you again. Bernal. Apt 1420

If you like a quiet place to live with great management and reasonable pricing to live, this is the place to be. I have been living here for a few months now and maintenance has been wonderful and timely. I love how the grounds are nice and are taken care of. Communication is great here. I love how they use email to send out community messages about party nights and some other general information. The last place I lived would post paper to our doors and I felt like that was such a waste of natural resources. I also love the online pay that I can do through an app on my phone. It makes everything so much easier. I work everyday of the week from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm and this helps tremendously. The front office personnel are very personable and professional. I am a huge fan of Tish. She’s very kind and easy to talk to and when I had any issues she was more than willing to help. She even gave me good directions to get to my job that moved here for! If a package is left at the front office for you, they call you and leave a message to let you know that it’s in the front office. This is a luxury that many apartments I’ve lived at have never done so I greatly appreciate this. All in all, this community is lovely. There are families that I have met and enjoy their company. My neighbors are absolutely lovely. My apartment is the right size for the price. I couldn’t ask for anything more. If anyone has questions about being a tenant here at Indian Creek, don’t hesitate to ask questions. I am more than willing to talk to you about this place from a tenant point of view. (FYI: The school bus even comes through here and picks up kids for school.)
