TJ was both an amazing guide and introduction to the apartments. I’ve been looking for some time now and every apartment I check out seems to have someone behind the desk who can’t be bothered or doesn’t view it as worth their time to go above and beyond. TJ not only answered every one of my questions, but gave me answers to many new I wouldn’t have thought to ask while I was there touring. Would highly recommend asking for his services if you’re thinking about renting out here!!

Venice Park is a beautiful community. I was blessed to find it! I have now officially moved in from NJ and its so exciting! TJ was extremely helpful through the process. Every time I called to speak with him he was knowledgeable and supportive. Thanks TJ for all your help and the time you took to get me situated! I appreciate it so much. I absolutely love living at Venice Park Apartments! TJ, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and made the entire leasing process smooth and enjoyable. My 1-bedroom apartment is stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and feels like home. The community is always so clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Brandon and TJ are absolute superstars. So accommodating in finding us the perfect apartment for our family. Super friendly and prompt maintenance staff.
