The whole moving process at Manatee Bay has been really simple, the staff at this location is always very helpful and proactive within the community. It’s a clean, safe and welcoming community it’s been a true blessing finding this place and moving in, plus the view from the little beach adds on to the whole experience of living here. 10/10 would highly recommend Manatee Bay Apartments.

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now and it is the best apartment complex i’ve lived in. Over the past 5 years i’ve had so many issues when it’s come to management at the previous properties i’ve lived at, but I haven’t had a single one here. The neighborhood is beautiful, a private beach with tons of activities and wildlife. Wonderful neighbors with a real sense of community. They keep it clean and maintenance is always fast. They even came out in the middle of the night to fix an emergency leak in the roof about a year ago. You can tell they really care here! I don’t know when i’ll ever want to move again honestly!
