Five stars for Aubrey the property manager! She is always available to answer your questions and helps you figure out solutions. She goes above and beyond by even getting you in contact with local organizations that can assist you. She does not just sit behind a desk all day. She treats all residents like family, and if that means she has to go and do maintenance on the apartment so they do not have to do with out, that's exactly what she does. She puts her heart into her job, and is not only a property manager, but a friend. Since Aubrey has started the job as property manager, I have seen so many improvements. Things actually are getting done, and we have someone that cares for our needs. Her dedication to her job, has changed the attitudes of the residents and they are taking pride in where they live. She truly is one of a kind, and I hope PK housing realizes what an asset they have!!!!!!

I absolutely loved my experience with the new property manager, Aubree. She was to the point, able to answer all of my questions I'd had about the community, and was even able to get me in contact with some local resources I might need. She was funny, honest, and down to earth; unlike other property managers I've delt with in the past. I HIGHLY recommend if you have any questions or problems to call her directly. The complex definitely seems like is changing in the right direction that's for sure!
