Dionne, Good morning. Happy to let you know that your maintenance crew is awesome. Recently, there was an unexpected and unpleasant pest problem in my apartment. Jimmy and Dan took care of the problem. They were caring, responsible and efficient in eliminating the problem, literally at the root cause of it all.
