As for the parking it is clearly stated in our leases that we have to park one car in the garage and one in our driveway. There are spaces that are available for our guests. A lot of those spaces are used by tenants that use their garages for storage. Unfortunately there are not a lot of available spaces, but certain tenants fell that THEY are privileged and should get those spaces. In turn when Management says they are going to be towed the animosity sets in. One thing I can't understand, as much as I would like to park on those spaces, don't blame Management we all knew this when we signed our leases. I find living here is GREAT. Rules are rules and personally I think Marie and the Maintenance staff do wonderful job. I am not privileged and and I try to follow the rules.
