I would like to say to the Apartment Management - where do you find every employee so kind - valet, front desk maintenance and Abigail from the leasing ofc - your smile and kindness to everyone says it all . Employees see management with this it spreads throughout . I want to say ty to everyone . If anyone is thinking of visiting and making this your home - I highly recommend. I’m moving only to be closer to my grandchildren. The views are beyond amazing !! So just go for it ! Just a little note everyone I met there from management to residents nothing but nice and helpful !!! PS - you can watch the air show right from your balcony ! Kind Regards Carmen

my wife and i moved here from NJ in July 2023. the lobby, the pool areas, the lounge, the gym, the views, our unit itself.. EVERYTHING here is beautiful. i have zero complaints. sure, we pay $100 for valet parking that we never use, and yea sure there’s some homeless people outside the building, but they don’t bother anyone. where i come from, they will try to jump you if you don’t give them a dollar. am i annoyed that they took away security at the front gate, yes.. but this is life, things change. we live on a marina with mega yachts, i can see the ocean from the pool and every store needed is walkable.. all these things and im seeing complaints in the reviews. im paying the same price here for a 1500sq ft 2bed/2bath that i was paying for a 550sq ft studio in jersey city NJ. Lily and Abigail are the sweetest girls and are very tentative. I recently bought a golf cart and requested electrical outlets be installed in the parking garage for it and Meredith had it handled in 2 weeks. for the past 5 years i moved every year when my lease expired (in NJ & NYC) and this is the first time i plan to renew because everything here is so great. some people will never be happy and need to see how much worse it could be, and that is why these reviews are so low when in fact this building deserves 5 stars. Sunrise Harbor for the win!

I just spent a year at Sunrise Harbor and left there only because I had to for work reasons. I didn’t know what to expect when I first got there, not having been a renter for a long time. I loved my time there and I miss it already. The property is safe, clean, modern, and incredibly convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance. Five minutes away you’ll find a little plaza with a variety of eating /drinking options from Capital Grille to PF Chang’s. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and it’s beautiful. You can rent umbrellas and chairs from my buddy Rafael. It’s not cheap but he’ll negotiate based on weather and how long you’ll be there. He’s a good dude. Across from the beach you will two totally legit sports bars. McSorley’s Irish Pub is across the street from the beach and the Parrot Lounge is around the corner. They’re both good spots with delicious food, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. The Sunrise Harbor property is very secure. You’ll always feel safe there. The parking garage is very convenient and the valet parking is 24x7. There is very nice business center there as well and it’s super easy to get your Amazon packages. The gym is huge and beautiful. For en entire year I talked about going there. Despite that, you can tell it’s a really nice gym by just taking look. Maintenance is quick and the crew is fantastic. Most importantly there are two beautiful pools on site. The most used one is at the 6th floor recreation area. This is where the north and south buildings converge. It is spacious and there are plenty of chairs etc. When you walk to the railing and look over, you will immediately see the marina next door with a collection of beautiful yachts/mega yachts. Then up the street you can see the mighty Atlantic. Also on the 6th floor are the tennis courts. They’re super nice and have lighting for nighttime. My place overlooked the courts from the 8th floor and I loved watching Danny the tennis pro teach new students- one after another. He’s a great guy and everybody loves him. Perhaps what I loved most about this place was the variety of people living there. There were families with small children, singles and couples of every age group. Everyone I met was super-friendly, and I loved hearing the sound of children’s voices which never got to a point where it was bothersome in any way. The office staff who work there are really cool as well. There is constant communication about what is going on with the building and the neighborhood. They are constantly setting up mini-events to celebrate whatever and they encourage residents to hang with each other. The bottom line is that if you don’t love living here, there’s something wrong with you. It’s a great place. Trust me. Paul K.
