I've been living here for over 3 years its been wonderful. The apartment finished construction in 2019 and I was one of the first residents. The interior is nice and beautifully built. The staff is very friendly and the landlord does all she can to make sure that residents have a positive experience. The maintenance man is timely and quick with any house issues. Any concerns are usually addressed within 48 hours. I love living here and will be sad when I move one day. Even with the change in the economy the pricing is decent for how much you're getting. It's in a perfect location near the airport and downtown Charlotte. I love being able to look at the river from the parking lot or walk 5 minutes to the park.
