I toured Avilla Meadows with leasing agent Risheena and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and the application was super easy. I recently moved in and the community is well kept and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and I am very happy and comfortable in my new home. Thanks Risheena for all the help and smooth process.

I just flew in last week in search of a residence for my daughter who is in the military away for training. After an exhausting day, without any success, I was delightfully “surprised” to have discovered the Avilla Meadows property as my last stop! After meeting Maggie, I had a very good feeling that I had found the right place! This was confirmed after completing the tour as it had everything I was looking for and more! Avilla Meadows is well-maintained and quiet and cozy! The two bedroom unit feels very open and spacious due to the high ceilings and natural light! I can’t wait for my daughter to see her new home and with Maggie I can rest assured that she is in good hands and the search is over!
