The Village at Mountain Vista Ranch, were very nice to stay in. There are two swimming pools which are shown here the front pool is heated and the back one is not. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The only sound that may be unpleasant are the regular jets that pass over. But they usually don't pass over till after 8am and stop around in the 8pm evening. There is a lovely clubhouse for social events and community hosting activities. Such as Bingo or the occasional food trucks. There is also a convenient exercise room with equipment as well. The grounds are well maintained and kept. They playgrounds are very shaded for those who have children and the sound of kids playing is quaint and joyous, but kept to a minimum. Grocery stores and convenient ones are close by as well as a several gas stations under a 5 minute drive. The restraint scene is also nice and within a quick walking distance without getting to tired and without breaking a sweat. If your up for a nice bike ride or walk I recommend the white take mountains to the west. Though they are a quick 15 minute driving distance. The trails are very well kept and serene. If you seek tranquility and want a break from the boisterous sounds of sirens and traffic. This is the place! The staff is very friendly and so are the ground keepers. For those of you with a faithful reverence there are also several churches within walking distance too! A definite place to put your feet up, sip some ice cold sun tea and relax. I would definitely recommend this place for quiet living.

We cannot wait to move in to our new home!! Linda is amazing. Such a wonderful atmosphere! Update 6/12/2024 after move-in: We are moved in and I'm still loving this place. A few very minor hiccups, but the management team went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of!! I cannot express enough how caring this team is. We've had a couple minor maintenance needs and they have been handled quickly! I have no doubt our new home is HOME thanks to the team here at Villas! I highly recommend living here 😊❤️
