I lived in a studio apartment at this place for a year and absolutely loved it! The rent was reasonably priced for the location, being by all of the restaurants and bars. Overall I would rate this a must stay for anyone looking to live in this safe neighborhood. - Aidan

Wonderful experience living here! Location is unbelievably perfect, and I promise you won’t find cheaper rent anywhere near this close to downtown. Neighbors are great, maintenance requests are filled quicker than you can believe, and everyone that I’ve dealt with in the leasing office has been extremely attentive, friendly and professional. Living here has been a dream!
