Additional features include two off-street parking spaces included, laundry in the building, additional storage available for rent, and a pet-friendly policy — cats and dogs welcome at $50 per month per pet, two pets maximum. Salem puts everything within a short drive. I-93 and Route 28 are minutes away for the run to Manchester, Nashua or Boston, and the Tuscan Village shops, restaurants and grocery are just up the road, along with the retail along South Broadway and Rockingham Park Boulevard. Canobie Lake, Salem's trail network and the Rail Trail are all close by for the weekends. To move in, the first month's rent ($2,500), a security deposit of $750, and a full broker fee are due upon move-in. Applicants should show gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and a minimum average credit score of 600. All occupants 18 and over must complete an application. Co-signers are welcome.
