Hello - I am fairly new to this community but I am super excited on this new chapter of my life. I love living in a beautiful and well - maintained apartment home. The entire staff act as if they attended training from Ritz Carlton…yes, there is such a thing. From the moment I walked into the management office and met Bailey D., Leasing Professional, I knew in my heart that I had found my new home, a place to rest and have peace, beautiful grounds, a true resort-like pool, and more. I will admit, I thanked Bailey for her time and told her I would think overnight about the apartment home we toured and I would circle back with the next day. Well, it really didn’t take that long. I sat in my car less than 5 minutes, shut off the engine, got out of my vehicle, went back into the management office and completed my application. I moved in a week later and have been living worry-free of having to mow my own lawn, make my own home repairs, etc. The property engineer team are amazing, they work hard to keep this community in top condition, and you can see the pride in their work by their work ethic, maintained property, responsiveness, and honestly, sometimes I wonder if they ever take a day off because I see them on property daily. The staff are kind, respectful, helpful, and truly go out of their way to make their residents happy. (Please don’t ever lose that gift!) I am grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Come see, you will too!
