We moved here in April, it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff and maintenance have been amazing. They are always helpful and everything has been done in a timely manner from Maintenance fixing something to the office staff who have been so helpful and caring. The community is great! Close to everything. They have been more than helpful maintenance and office staff came quickly to our aid when one of our nurses accidentally fell that keeps our disabled son. They quickly secured him and kept him calm while I was in my way home. Maintenance picked her up off the ground and office staff brought towels and helped her hold on till the ambulance got there. I was so grateful and impressed that they came so quickly to our aid. The office staff are always welcoming to my son when he stops by for a bit of candy and hello.They are improving the apartment complexes with new roofs, update pool decks and grills and now balcony renovations. I’m honestly happy to see such care going into a place. It’s beautiful here and we have loved it from the moment I first called about renting. I love that the office staff cares so much about the community and their tenets. Most definitely a place to calm home!

I have lived here almost a year and have enjoyed seeing the various projects and how they come out. We have new roofs, the green exterior was replaced with a sand color and a new cool pool deck. Everyone in the office is amazing and Armando is the best maintenance guy I’ve seen. He can fix anything! Best thing is being able to have your furry family & the fireplace. You cannot hear your neighbors at all, the location is good, and office staff, especially Shannon who helped get me in and Patty who worked with me on a matter. I would recommend moving here.
