Recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment just blocks from downtown and UNL campus, always kept clean and great apartment for a reasonable price! Never felt uncomfortable with the surrounding area and would highly recommend! Responsive and great landlord as well who will respond to any issues quickly.

I moved in one year ago and the units were in the process of being updated. My unit was very nice with new cabinets, flooring, granite counters and stainless appliances. I can not comment on any maintenance issues, because everything was new and there was no need for any repairs. However I will say that they common areas were cleaned on a regular basis and always looked good. This is just a few blocks from down town and just south of UNL campus. So as in any downtown area you get a few strange people walking around, but nothing I didn't expect. A big bonus is a 5 foot x 5 foot locked storage area on the ground floor for all apartments. Great for the bike or some travel bags. The laundry room is large and nice and the mail is all delivered into the building and that was nice in the winter. The rent is very reasonable for the downtown area too. I graduated and found a job in Omaha and moved out this month. The landlord Nicole was very good to work with and I wanted to complete a review as a complement to her and her crew.
