I have had an awesome experience with Thomasbrook! There was some confusion when we first moved in where we had been placed in an older model apartment (we had requested being on the first floor and that was the only unit available that would accommodate our request), but we had toured a renovated unit and were expecting to move into an updated unit. When we told the property manager that we preferred to be in the updated model to being on the first floor, *Janet* was so kind, flexible, and helpful and immediately offered us an updated unit on the third floor even though we had already signed the lease for the older, first floor unit. The property is very well maintained (I am not sure where the dog poo comments are coming from - that is definitely not true! They have a pet DNA system to fine people who don't clean up after their pets to discourage that sort of thing), and the location is awesome and within walking distance to Holmes Lake. Our apartment is gorgeous and spacious with all new appliances. There was confusion regarding the online rent payment portal for the first couple of payments, and the management has always been friendly, understanding, and workable. *Jenna* even credited the late penalty to my next month's rent when I was struggling to get payments processed with RentTrack. When we had trouble with our washing machine (the seal was coming loose), the maintenance guys - *Cole & Ethan* came the day of to fix the problem. They needed to order a part, and they scheduled a time with me and arrived promptly for the appointment. When the new part did not fix the issue, Cole & Ethan returned an additional two times that same day to try to resolve it for me. In the end, they swapped it out for a new machine! All in all, I would say Cole & Ethan's service is prompt, friendly reliable, and they are dedicated to resolving their customer's issues. They are great communicators so you know what to expect too! The apartment itself is beautiful. I have had only positive interactions with the staff, and the location is perfect. I am very happy living here, and I would definitely recommend Thomasbrooks to friends/family.

I Have been living at thomasbrook for about 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say! My A/C had broken and the maintenance guys Terrance & Luke came the next day to look at it. They were very prompt in helping get it fixed! It ended up being a bigger issue than what they can fix but they had the heating & air people here in under an hour! Any request we have they are always here within a day and haven’t had any problems! These guys really go above and beyond! Thank you Terrance & Luke!
