I have had an awesome experience with Thomasbrook! There was some confusion when we first moved in where we had been placed in an older model apartment (we had requested being on the first floor and that was the only unit available that would accommodate our request), but we had toured a renovated unit and were expecting to move into an updated unit. When we told the property manager that we preferred to be in the updated model to being on the first floor, *Janet* was so kind, flexible, and helpful and immediately offered us an updated unit on the third floor even though we had already signed the lease for the older, first floor unit. The property is very well maintained (I am not sure where the dog poo comments are coming from - that is definitely not true! They have a pet DNA system to fine people who don't clean up after their pets to discourage that sort of thing), and the location is awesome and within walking distance to Holmes Lake. Our apartment is gorgeous and spacious with all new appliances. There was confusion regarding the online rent payment portal for the first couple of payments, and the management has always been friendly, understanding, and workable. *Jenna* even credited the late penalty to my next month's rent when I was struggling to get payments processed with RentTrack. When we had trouble with our washing machine (the seal was coming loose), the maintenance guys - *Cole & Ethan* came the day of to fix the problem. They needed to order a part, and they scheduled a time with me and arrived promptly for the appointment. When the new part did not fix the issue, Cole & Ethan returned an additional two times that same day to try to resolve it for me. In the end, they swapped it out for a new machine! All in all, I would say Cole & Ethan's service is prompt, friendly reliable, and they are dedicated to resolving their customer's issues. They are great communicators so you know what to expect too! The apartment itself is beautiful. I have had only positive interactions with the staff, and the location is perfect. I am very happy living here, and I would definitely recommend Thomasbrooks to friends/family.

I Have been living at thomasbrook for about 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say! My A/C had broken and the maintenance guys Terrance & Luke came the next day to look at it. They were very prompt in helping get it fixed! It ended up being a bigger issue than what they can fix but they had the heating & air people here in under an hour! Any request we have they are always here within a day and haven’t had any problems! These guys really go above and beyond! Thank you Terrance & Luke!
I am a resident here at ThomasBrooke Apts and I just have to give a shout out and a great huge thank you to the maintenance man, Terrance. I accidentally dropped my building key in the dumpster when I was tossing the trash out and he helped me get it out. (I was way too short to do this on my own) As silly as I felt about the situation he kept a professional and helpful way and it made me feel a lot better about the whole ordeal. Thank you Terrance, you were a huge help and I appreciate you helping me!

My family and I loved our stay at Thomasbrook apartments. They always kept the grounds clean and the staff is wonderful. We moved in from out of state and hit a snow storm and Janet volunteered to stay late so that she could let us into our apartment instead of having to pay for a hotel for the night. Such genuine and caring people! I highly recommend them!
I am new to Thomasbrook apartments in Lincoln, Nebraska. I came here from Arizona. In the months before my arrival I had a million questions and requests. Janet, Ava, and Katy were extremely patient, pleasant, and helpful. They always gave me the feeling that my calls and questions were welcome. My apartment is lovely and clean and the maintenance guys are so helpful and kind. I would recommend Thomasbrook to anyone...it feels like home! Elisa

We have been renting our apartment since around February 2017, and have been here since. The 1st thing we liked was the openness between buildings, and having Holmes Lake next door is also a plus… Janet Crow showed us around and we looked @ a few apartments, and decided on a two bedroom apartment on 2nd floor. As far as our experience with Janet and the rest of the staff goes, it has been positive ~~~ and the technical staff has been very accommodating and friendly ~ heck I even had one of the techs respond for an emergency @ my location @ 3:30 am ~ had a lil problem with the dishwasher and a plugged pipe, and me walking into the kitchen @ 3:30 am to get glass of water ~~ water everywhere ~ hahaa. And, I apologize to Sandy, downstairs neighbor = due to running a snake down the sewer pipe about 15 ft during quite hours…. We say goodbye, Janet, and congratulations on your retirement ~~~

Great place to live, peaceful, right next to Holmes lake, residents are very friendly. The staff Jenna and Chloe very attentive and friendly đź‘Ť thanks for everything I really appreciate it, if your looking for a quiet peaceful and great place to live try ThomasBrook I give it a 5 star!
We have lived at the Thomasbrook apartment for over 2 years. The office staff is great & if we have needed anything done, they are right on it!! It’s well kept & everybody is friendly. We love taking our grandkids to the pool & they have made friends there too!! From college kids to older adults everybody seems happy to live here!! Thank you for making this a good place to live!!
