Very well maintained apartments. Morgan, the manager is friendly and helpful. I did not move in after been approved because I bought a house. Otherwise I was moving in. In the pricey Charlotte rental market Biscayne is an affordable option. The apartments are large! A great value for your money.

Just wanted to share that the management team here is really amazing! Though I didn’t choose Biscanye to move into when I was planning my move to Charlotte from Savannah , they were super helpful. Sarah went out her way to answer all of my questions, show me my potential unit, and just really put my mind at ease. I had no clue about Charlotte and she really filled me in on everything! I didn’t choose the property due to proximity to my job location when it was finally assigned, but I wish they would have been closer! Definitely Reach out!
