We have been living here at serenity 2 years and it has been very good. We were always treated with love and respect and felt very safe. We would of never left if it wasn't for personal reasons. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to live happy and safe.

I have been a resident since October 2014. I absolutely love the site and the management. Making Serenity a "Home" is up to the individual. I have lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom with Jack and Jill baths and now a 1 bedroom. Every apartment complex has it's Rules and regulations or it would not or could not be managed properly. It's NOT a Senior apartment nor 55 plus. It's individuals and families. One thing I've learned over these years is "We all need to be respectful to management and each other"!! Patty and Roy, Happy Blessed 2018 and Blessings for another great Year of service and home life.

I'm only giving Serenity Apartments 5 Stars because 10 stars were not available. I was just having a conversation with my wife about how people exaggerate issues in reviews and ruin reputations of businesses when these tenants are usually the problem, not the management. Just for fun, we decided to look up Serenity Apartments to further our point and sure enough, the reviews (or lack there of) do no justice for the incredible living experience we had while we were there. Patty (the manager) bent over backwards to help us get in and resolve issues we were having with paperwork. Patty was always there when we needed her, including counseling me through a very difficult time in my relationship before my wife and I got married. Roy (the maintenance guy) does all of the maintenance by himself and you would expect one man not to be able to keep up with everything and I praise the man like a super hero because he always managed to keep the property clean, the pool clear (even the pH levels regulated), keep up maintenance on all the central air units, monthly (free) routine air filter replacements and smoke alarm checks, prepare new apartments for tenants and any problems I ever had (which were few), he would take immediate action to fix them and never left us feeling even inconvenienced. We all became quick friends and the concern they show for their tenants (not including the friendship we made) left us almost hesitant whether or not we should even move, though the ONLY reason we did not renew our lease was to pursue our career goals which unfortunately led us elsewhere. It is easy to dismiss a review this positive and just assume it was written by someone who already has a good relationship with the management and wants to boost their reputation and you would be right in assuming this. I am friends with them and do care about their reputation but that is only due to the fact that I have this perspective because of the experience I had renting from them. Do not let negative or lack of reviews discourage you from Serenity Apartments because I can personally guarantee you that any negative comments or reviews are by people who have no respect for other people and show no regard for other tenants safety or comfort and are only posting negative things in retaliation because they were mad that it was not tolerated. Anyone who is not disrespectful and does not go out of their way cause problems where there aren't any will not have any problems at Serenity. Patty gave us a written recommendation when we moved and that was the only reason we were able to get an incredible deal on our next home. Don't take my word for it though. I encourage you to see for yourself and form your own opinion. Thank you Patty and Roy for making a first home truly memorable:)
