I lived at One Dekalb for 3.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property is well maintained; the management team is extremely helpful and responds to all inquiries in a timely manner. Requesting maintenance is a seamless process and inquires are typically resolved within 24 hours. The property itself includes a gym, which residents and maintenance ensure to keep clean, complementary coffee in the mornings, and a lovely rooftop for those warm spring/summer nights! In addition to the amazing amenities, the location of the building is close to the heart of White Plains allowing for easy access to multiple restaurants and shopping locations. 10 out 10 would recommend!

Two days into our year-long lease at One Dekalb, and we already want to renew it! This was the easiest and most pleasant move-in experience we have ever had. Allie was the warmest and kindest welcome, and made herself available throughout the day to help with anything we needed. She really put us at ease, and made us feel at home right away! Feeling so lucky to be in our dream apartment (which we wouldn’t have found without Yesenia!). Looking forward to our time here!
