Located in the Edgemont Park area of Lansing just a short drive from Downtown Lansing, Cooley Law School, LCC & the Lansing Mall. Waverly Woods has controlled access buildings, laundry rooms in each building with updated machines so that no coins are needed, and a spacious parking lot to provide our residents with the safety and security they need. Water fee charge $45 depending on amount of bedrooms and occupants.
